This morning, the FCC will decide whether to reclassify the Internet as a public utility. Content providers like Netflix have been spreading the word all week. On social media, the debate has been boiled down to Netflix v.s. Comcast and while that’s not really the whole story, it makes people listen. Especially since “House of Cards” is out tomorrow.
