Last night, “Pretty Little Liars” topped the Nielsen Social ratings with 1,290,000 tweets and 5,836,000 people. “The Voice” and “The Mindy Project” were int he second and third spots. MTV’s “The Challenge: Battle of the Exes 2” and the CW’s “The Flash” rounded out the evening.
