The return of “Pretty Little Liars” and ABC’s “Marvel’s Agent Carter” topped the Nielsen Twitter ratings last night. And then it was targeted female programming that rounded out the evening: Lifetime’s “Dance Moms,” Oxygen’s “Bad Girls Club: Redemption” and OWN’s “The Haves and Haves Not” rounded out the evening.
