Last night, “Pretty Little Liars” topped the Nielsen Twitter ratings. BET’s “Being Mary Jane,” “Parks and Recreation,” and “The Flash” were runners up in second, third, and fourth. Neil Young jamming with Jimmy Fallon rounded out the evening.
