MSNBC Launches Digital Series on Refugee Crisis in Europe

refugee1This week, MSNBC launched a new digital series to cover the stories of refugees and migrants coming from Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan entering Europe through Greece and Turkey. “Continental Drift: The Global Migrant Crisis” will feature essays by MSNBC talent Tony Dokoupil and photo essays from various photographers, in a partnership with Magnum Photos. The 10-part series will be released on a monthly basis on MSNBC’s website.

The first installment, is called the “Mediterranean Route” and covers the route to Greece with images by Moises Saman. that reveal refugees entering Europe through Greece en route to points further north from Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and more.
