There’s been a lot of buzz about the third season premiere of HBO’s “Girls”, which Lost Remote covered at last night at Tumblr’s premiere party, but the girls will have male company soon when “Looking” premieres on January 19 at 10:30pmET.
The show about three gay friends living and loving in San Francisco has been actively promoting itself on social, posting on Facebook photos of the cast and videos on modern gay vernacular, and generating tons of photos of the cast on the show’s Instagram page.
And like its counterpart “Girls,” expect social media’s daily presence in young America’s life to be a key player in the show:
“Instagram filters have ruined everything, and I can’t tell if this guy’s hot or not,” Patrick (played by Jonathan Groff) says in the show’s season one trailer while looking at an online dating profile.
