Emmy Award-winning executive producer J.J. Abrams (“Fringe,” “Lost,” “Revolution,” “Person of Interest,” the “Star Trek” and “Mission: Impossible” franchises) recently launched his latest project with Fox. Almost Human “is an action-packed police procedural set 35 years in the future, when police officers are partnered with highly evolved human-like androids.” The Lost Remote Show is currently taking place in LA and VP of Social Media Cait Hood has just presented Fox’s fan-sourced trailer produced to ignite their biggest influencers. Cait described why Fox decided to produce this trailer with their biggest fans. With  J.J. Abrams behind the project there was a lot of buzz  his Fringe community fans and others. They targeted this niche but very influential group to “specifically activate the die-hard sci-fi fan base,” she explained. “John Noble himself from Fringe even submitted a scene for the trailer (he makes a cameo at the end),” she added. The show ended up premiering strongly in November.
