It’s only nine seconds, but we finally have a preview of what the much-anticipated “Breaking Bad” spinoff “Better Call Saul” will look like.
The New York Daily News recently reported the spinoff, which will star crooked lawyer Saul (played by Bob Odenkirk), will have a timeline that overlaps with “Breaking Bad.” Some of the new show will take place before the “Breaking Bad” story took place, some during, and some after.
As a result of the flexible timeline, fans can expect “Breaking Bad” stars who were killed off to be resurrected on the spinoff: including the legendary chemistry teacher turned meth-kingpin Water White.
The show’s trailer teases a premiere date of February, 2015. The mixture of a show starring fan-favorite “Saul” along with the potential for returning characters “Breaking Bad” make “Better Call Saul” a favorite to become one of the next big social TV series.
