Welsh Oxfam Rejects 50 Shades Donations

Welsh readers that want to get rid of their copy of E.L. James’ bestselling book, 50 Shades of Grey, will have to look beyond the Swansea Oxfam.

The charitable organization accepts donations of used items, but is overwhelmed with its stock of copies of the book. “We appreciate all your donations, but less Fifty Shades and more Sixties and Seventies vinyl would be good,” the group wrote on its Facebook page last weekend.

Two days later the shop wrote, “Can you donate Some Product to Oxfam? (We are happy to take anything, but 33rpm records would be better than 50 Shades Of Grey books if possible :)).”
