We Want Your Tips

By Noah Davis

Chances are, at some point in your publishing career, you’re going to find yourself with the inside scoop on a great story. Maybe you’ve seen the hype-deflating Bookscan numbers on some hotter-than-hot book, or you’ve spotted people bustling in and out of your boss’s office with worried looks on their faces, or the book proposal that everyone’s been talking about just landed on your desk because you’ve been told to make copies, and you’ve found an especially juicy pull quote. Heck, maybe it’s good news: Maybe you landed a great new job and you can’t wait for an official press release to tell everyone about it.

If you ever find yourself in that situation, you can send GalleyCat a tip through this handy form, or the box in the next column over to the right. If you want to remain anonymous, tell us…or just leave your note unsigned. If it strikes the ‘Cats as a story worth following up on, Sarah or Ron will look into it.
