St. Martin’s Press to Launch the Wednesday Books Imprint

Wednesday Books Imprint Logo (GalleyCat)St. Martin’s Press announced plans to launch a new crossover imprint called Wednesday Books. This new division will be headed by Jennifer Enderlin, the publisher, and Sara Goodman, an editorial director.

The editorial team behind this new venture will focus on acquiring projects that feature “coming-of-age” stories for both adults and young adults. Wednesday Books will release ten to twenty books on a yearly basis; the inaugural list is set to be released in Fall 2017.

Here’s more from the press release: “This new imprint will focus on bold, diverse, and commercial voices in fiction and non-fiction who speak to readers looking for stories in and beyond the YA category. Wednesday Books will now publish Rainbow Rowell, Courtney Summers, Roshani Chokshi, in addition to all of St. Martin’s Press’s young adult titles going forward.”
