Samantha Jayne, the creative behind Quarter Life Poetry, has crafted a hilarious poem called “Mom Talk.” The video embedded above features Jayne playing herself and Odell Mack playing the frightened neighbor.
Through the Quarter Life Poetry Instagram and Tumblr pages, Jayne explores issues and struggles that people in their 20s tend to face. Her forthcoming collection contains more than 130 new illustrated poems.
Grand Central Publishing has scheduled the release date for Quarter Life Poetry: Poems for the Young, Broke and Hangry on April 5.
