Red Hen Press will be hosting an evening with its authors! Check it out on Monday, October 29th starting 8 p.m. at The Gerding Theater (Portland, OR)

“The Oatmeal” (a.k.a. Matthew Inman) will be appearing at Powell’s City of Books on Burnside to talk about his new title, How to Tell If Your Cat Is Plotting to Kill You. Hear him on on Tuesday, October 30th starting 7:30 p.m. (Portland, OR)

Catherine Wagner will headline an event to discuss her new poetry collection, Nervous Devices. See her on Tuesday, October 30th starting 7 p.m. at City Lights Bookstore. (San Francisco, CA)

The Onion‘s Matt Koff and Story Pirates’ Meghan O’Neill will be hosting a “HaLoLween Party” filled with comedy, stories and a costume contest. Join them on  Wednesday, October 31st starting 7:30 p.m. at Littlefield. (Brooklyn, NY)
