Yesterday we introduced you to Homeless Snow Kitty, a lonesome cat who had the good fortune to be discovered by a literary agent one recent snowy evening. Writers and readers around the Internet rallied to support agent Jean Sagendorph in her quest to find a home for the real life GalleyCat.
On Twitter, Sagendorph reported that the cat has found a home, describing the drama in 140-character bursts. First she wrote: “Homeless Snow Kitty was totally stressed out by strangers, Vet, etc. She got under the couch and wouldn’t budge. Had to put couch on the side & shoo her out.”
And then, the new owners arrived: “HSK is with awesome NYU couple. OMG. That cat has been so sweet & docile but did a TOTAL flip out. Had to move furniture to get her in crate. Hiss!”
And finally: “Kitty is off to her new home. Time 4 me 2 toss her litter box & pass out! Emotionally exhausting. Oh wait, have to put couch back on floor.”
