Readerville’s New Literary Microblog Playground

Late last month, the online book-themed social network Readerville introduced Note:books, a forum where members can write short posts about the books they’ve started reading and their reactions as they make their way through the texts. You could think of it as a mashup between Twitter and Goodreads, except that you’re allowed up to 750 characters in each post—more than enough for a good-sized paragraph.
