PizzaHut’s Book It Program Debuts Grant Program

The Pizza Hut’s BOOK IT! program is turning 32 this year and to celebrate, the organization is giving away two free Kindle books to parents of BOOK IT! readers, and is kicking off a grant program.

The free titles are Mercy Watson to the Rescue by Kate DiCamillo and Maisy Goes to the Library by Lucy Cousins. Participants can access the free books at this link.

In addition, Pizza Hut has also introduced a grant program and give away a total of $50,000 for 32 grants. The BOOK IT! Page Turner Grant Program will recognize people and organizations that help promote literacy within their communities. Applications will be accepted through Nov. 30 and winners will be announced in January.
