The Smoking Gun has interviewed the author of The Pedophile’s Guide to Love and Pleasure, a book that generated protests and boycott threats on Amazon. According to the interview, self-published author Phillip R Greaves 2nd said he suffered from “manic depression” and admitted: “I’ve sold one copy so far.”
Amazon sent a statement to TechCrunch this afternoon that said, in part: “Amazon believes it is censorship not to sell certain books simply because we or others believe their message is objectionable.”
