A new trailer for Oliver Stone’s Snowden film adaptation was unveiled at a 2016 San Diego Comic-Con panel. The video embedded above offers glimpses of Joseph Gordon-Levitt as the famous American whistle blower.

Here’s more from Time: “The new trailer shows Snowden and his girlfriend (played by Shailene Woodley) discovering that his house is bugged. Later it shows him using a bugged Rubik’s Cube to gather information from the NSA. The trailer also shows shots of Snowden in the army as a young man and on the run as a fugitive.”

Two books were used as sources of information for this movie: The Snowden Files by Luke Harding (a nonfiction book) and Time of the Octopus by Anatoly Kucherena (a novel). According to The Guardian, this movie will hit theaters on Sept. 16.
