Netflix has cast “Anne” in the new adaptation of Anne of Green Gables, which is due out next year.
Irish-Canadian actress Amybeth McNulty will star in the adaptation of Lucy Maud Montgomery’s novel Anne of Green Gables. The 14 year-old was selected after a worldwide casting search that included 1,889 girls.
The eight-episode series will debut on Netflix and Canadian television in November 2017. (Via Den of Geek).
