Mother of 90210, Tori Spelling

tori spelling.jpgSimon Spotlight Entertainment just announced that it will publish a second book with Tori Spelling, tentatively titled Mommywood. The new book will be a follow-up to her New York Times bestselling memoir, sTori Telling, but will focus on her life as a mom.

Oxygen’s “Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood” garnered the highest rated season premiere and most watched season debut of an Oxygen original series ever and recently, an episode featuring Tori and Dean’s son’s birthday party was recorded as Oxygen’s most watched telecast in the history of the network in its key demographic of women 18-49. The CW will also air an updated spin-off to Beverly Hills, 90210 beginning in Fall 2008 and Tori is set to reprise her role as Donna Martin.

Jennifer Bergstrom at SSE negotiated the deal with Dan Strone, CEO of Trident Media Group, which includes world rights. Patrick Price, Senior Editor, will edit the book which is scheduled for publication in April 2009.
