Kindle authors in Mexico will get 70 percent royalties. AppNewser has more details:

Mexican consumers can buy eBooks through apps or on Kindle devices. The devices are available from Amazon, as well as in Gandhi stores in Mexico. Amazon has also expanded its self-publishing platform Kindle Direct Publishing south of the border. Independent authors and publishers in Mexico can use the toolset to sell their books in more than 175 countries worldwide. Like in the U.S., KDP authors in Mexico will own their copyright and earn 70% royalties on most sales.
