Marie Lu (pictured, via) has landed a deal with G.P. Putnam’s Sons Books for Young Readers. She plans to write a new young adult duology.
Entertainment Weekly reports that book one, entitled Warcross, will be released in Fall 2017. The title and publication date for the second book have not been announced yet.
According to Lu’s tumblr post, “this story is very dear to my heart. It has sci-fi. And games. And giant robots.”
