Kodansha Comics and Humble Bundle Create a Manga Deal

_1__Humble_Bundle304Kodansha Comics has established a new partnership with Humble Bundle. The two collaborators will offer a science-fiction and fantasy-themed manga deal.

Customers can choose between the publisher or a non-profit as the recipient of their money. The organizers have chosen three beneficiaries for this venture: the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, Worldreader, and Mental Health Foundation.

Here’s more from the press release: “Customers can pay what they want for Space Brothers Vol. 1, Vinland Saga Book 1, Inuyashiki Vol. 1, Parasyte Vol. 1, and Attack on Titan Vol. 1. Those who pay more than the average price will also receive The Heroic Legend of Arslan Vol. 1, Ajin: Demi-Human Vol. 1, Inuyashiki Vol. 2, Parasyte Vol. 2, and Attack on Titan Vol. 2. Customers who pay $17 or more will receive all of that plus The Seven Deadly Sins Vol. 1, Knights of Sidonia Vol. 1, Ajin: Demi-Human Vol. 2, Attack on Titan Vol. 3, and Battle Angel Alita: Last Order Omnibus Vol. 1, which is available for the first time as a digital edition this week.”
