Paramount Pictures has unveiled a red band trailer for 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi. This film adaptation is based on Mitchell Zuckoff’s nonfiction book, 13 Hours: The Inside Account Of What Really Happened In Benghazi.

The video embedded above offers glimpses of actor John Krasinski as the protagonist Jack Silva. This movie, helmed by filmmaker Michael Bay, will hit theaters on January 15, 2016.

According to Deadline.com, the story “follows a group of U.S. special forces who find themselves forced to make tough decisions in the chaos surrounding the September 11-12, 2012 attack on the U.S. Diplomatic compound in Benghazi that took the lives of U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and U.S. Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith, as well as the adjacent attack on a nearby facility in which two CIA contractors were killed. Like the book upon which its based, it probably won’t get into the conspiracy theories surrounding the attacks, going instead for an on-the-ground view of the attacks through the eyes of serious badasses.”
