In the video embedded above, Green reveals that he has been trying to write a novel about “how we define personhood.” The video itself was submitted to Bill Gates’ “Big History Project” contest; the winner will receive $5,000 and a contract to make three more videos.
It has been more than three years since the release of The Fault in Our Stars book. Since that time, it seems that Green has mostly been focused on advocating for charity causes, creating video content on a number of YouTube channels, and working on film adaptations based on his books.
