Jennifer M. Brown Named Publisher of Alfred A. Knopf Books for Young Readers

Jenny Brown (GalleyCat)Jennifer M. Brown has signed on to serve as vice president and publisher of Alfred A. Knopf Books for Young Readers. Her start date at the Random House Children’s Books imprint has been set for August 24.

In the past, Brown worked as a children’s reviews editor at Publishers Weekly. Currently, she juggles the dual role of children’s editor at Shelf Awareness and director of the Center for Children’s Literature at the Bank Street College of Education.
