J.K. Rowling May Have a Few More Crime Novels Up Her Sleeve

jkrowlingJ.K. Rowling’s foray into crime novels could prove to be serial. The Harry Potter writer reportedly has plans for up to seven novels starring private investigator Cormoran Strike, the protagonist in The Cuckoo’s Calling.

Rowling published the book last April. It was her first title written under the pen name Robert Galbraith. The Silkworm, the second book in the series, is coming out in June. In this novel, Strike will investigate the murder of a novelist.

According to a report in The Sunday Times, Rowling is currently working on the third book in the series and could have as many as seven titles.
