Is This the Best Book Ever for Parents?

Swedish behavioral psychologist and linguist Carl-Johan Forssen Ehrlin has written a book that promises to get any child to fall asleep within minutes of reading the story.

The self-published title uses psychological techniques to encourage kids to relax and drift off to sleep. Parents seem to be giving the book a shot, as it is currently No. 1 on Amazon, ahead of Johanna Basford’s coloring books and Harper Lee’s Go Set a Watchman.

The Rabbit Who Wants To Fall Asleep tells the story of Roger The Rabbit who gets help falling asleep from Uncle Yawn and other friends. “Your child is quickly compelled by the story and falls asleep when you read it or after,” explains the book’s description. “The story is in a lovely way sleep-inducing and helps children all over the world to fall asleep.”
