Two actors have signed on to star in Paddington 2. Deadline reports that Hugh Grant has agreed to play Phoenix Buchanan and Brendan Gleeson will portray Knuckles McGinty.
Other members of the cast includes Ben Whishaw, Imelda Staunton, Hugh Bonneville, Sally Hawkins, Julie Walters, Jim Broadbent, Peter Capaldi, Madeleine Harris, and Samuel Joslin. The story for this film adaptation, helmed by Paul King, comes from Michael Bond’s classic children’s books series.
