Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (HMH) has a line-up of 11 Best American anthologies slated to be published this year.
Writer Lorrie Moore will serve as the guest editor for 100 Years of The Best American Short Stories. She will choose pieces from a pool of 2,000 short stories for this centennial retrospective project.
The book will be released on October 6th. The other ten titles will also be published on that same date including The Best American Mystery Stories 2015 edited by James Patterson, Best American Infographics edited by Maria Popova, and The Best American Science & Nature Writing 2015 edited by Rebecca Skloot.
