HarperCollins UK Launches the Killer Reads Digital Imprint

Killer ReadsHarperCollins UK has launched a new digital crime fiction imprint called Killer Reads.

The executives behind this new venture plan to publish one to two titles on a monthly basis. According to The Bookseller, the name came from the publisher’s crime community website which was first started back in 2009.

From August 29th to September 14th, the editors invite aspiring writers to send in unagented submissions. The organizers will only accept complete manuscripts (containing 70,000 words or more) that are written in English. Those who wish to participate can email killerreadssubs@harpercollins.co.uk.
