Greenleaf Book Group Seeks Senior Developmental Book Editor

greenleaf200Greenleaf Book Group is hiring. The company is needs an experienced senior developmental book editor to take ownership of manuscripts and provide editorial direction for its authors.

In this role, you’ll work with authors on project marketability and goals, collaborating and coaching them on book structure and message. You’ll also perform heavy structural editing as necessary. The job calls for someone who has solid credentials in nonfiction, specifically the business genre.

To be considered, you should have at least five years of editorial experience, preferably with a trade book publisher. Extensive knowledge of the Chicago Manual of Style is a must-have, as well as the ability to meet or exceed deadlines. Detail-oriented team players should apply here.
