Google Ventures Is Investing in Children’s Book Startup

Google Ventures is among a group of investors that have given $9 million in funding to a new children’s book startup called Lost My Name.

Lost My Name allows parents to create personalized children’s stories using algorithms.  The book stars a child who has lost his or her name and goes on an adventure to find it. The other characters in the book are based on the child’s name. Characters like robots, unicorns and trolls help the child find their lost name.

The company has sold 600,000 books in just two years in more than 135 countries. The company is hiring, follow this link to find out more.
