completebookofwomensrunning080210.jpgIf you’re an editor who’s all about health and fitness, Rodale needs you. The books division of the New York-based company is looking for an editor to develop projects with Runner’s World and Bicycling magazine, along with acquiring other titles, too.

To really excel here, you’ll need to have great relationships with major agents and a strong knowledge of the sports, fitness, and health industries. Experience organizing photo shoots and working on heavily designed and produced books is essential to landing this gig as well.

Six to eight years of publishing/editorial experience, plus non-fiction book and acquisition experience will get Rodale’s attention, but a true passion for fitness and healthy living will help set you apart from the rest. Interested? Apply here.
