Frey sells now; what about later?

By Carmen

It’s hardly surprising that James Frey is still selling well, and that he’s going to get quite the windfall (to the tune of 4 million-plus) once the numbers are crunched and the fiscal year ends on March 31 (though said money will probably take its sweet time; there’s no hurry, right?) But Ed Wyatt drops the teaser that “already, some publishers have begun to consider offering Mr. Frey a small advance for the rights to publish his next book, a planned novel.”

All right, who? And to whom, since allegedly, Frey is now agent-less? If you’ve heard any talk to this regard, tell us — or do the same if it’s just bullshit.
