Four Writers to Serve as Doodle 4 Google Guest Judges

google 304x200Four authors will serve as guest judges for this year’s Doodle 4 Google competition.

The group includes middle grade novelist Rick Riordan, writer Lemony Snicket, artist Christoph Niemann, and children’s books author Mary Pope Osborne. They will be looking over artistic pieces created by young students from all across the country.

Contestants must adhere to the following theme: ““If I Could Invent One Thing to Make the World a Better Place…” The winner will get a $30,000 college scholarship and the winner’s school will receive the $50,000 Google for Education technology grant. Those who are interested have until March 20th to turn in their submissions.
