Dave McKean has signed a deal with Dark Horse Comics. He plans to work on a new graphic novel called Black Dog: The Dreams of Paul Nash.
This book will profile the life of the British surrealist artist, Paul Nash. The publication date has been set for Oct. 5.

Presented as a series of surreal dreams, the stories add up to a moving piece about how war and extreme situations change us and how we deal with the resulting pain—in Nash’s case, by turning landscapes into powerful and fantastical ‘psychoscapes.'”
