PW Daily has a dispatch from the London Book Fair about the buzz surrounding Amazon.com‘s ebook reader, which publishers have been peeking at for months now and is likely to have an unofficial unveiling later this spring. Jim Milliot‘s sources say the Amazon device is “a step up from the Sony Reader;” although the two products are said to have comparable screen quality, those who have seen Amazon’s reader like its functionality. Well, we’ll see… perhaps at BookExpo America?
