Swedish comics creator Kim W. Andersson has signed a deal with Dark Horse Comics for The Complete Love Hurts. This project will be Andersson’s debut graphic novel for United States readers.
According to the press release, this collection of horror-romance comics features “lovelorn supervillains, psychopathic online daters, murderous reality TV show stars, and heartbroken cowboys, samurais, and astronauts.” These stories explore the idea “that no matter who you are or what you do, love can be one deadly bitch!”
Danish comics artist Peter Snejbjerg has contributed a foreword for this book. The publication date has been scheduled for October 28th.
