Dark Horse Comics will publish a new mini-series called Witchfinder: City of the Dead. The first of five installments will be released on August 31.
This horror story takes place in Victorian London. According to the press release, “Sir Edward Grey, occult adviser to the queen, must defeat scores of flesh-eating corpses on the loose in London and explore a temple beneath London full of ancient secrets.”
Mike Mignola and Chris Roberson will collaborate on writing the story. Julián Totino Tedesco has agreed to design the covers. Ben Stenbeck has signed on to create the interior artwork. Michelle Madsen will serve as the colorist.
