Curious George Turns 75

Curious George 75 logo (GalleyCat)This year marks the 75th anniversary of the publication of Curious George. Earlier this month, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Books for Young Readers marked this occasion by releasing a new edition of this picture book as well as a young readers edition of The Journey That Saved Curious George.

Here’s more from the press release: “Created in 1941, the classic tale of Curious George was written by H.A. and Margret Rey. Today, Curious George stories, including the seven original stories by the Reys, have sold more than seventy-five million copies worldwide.”
