Indie publisher Cleis Press has launched a new romance imprint called Tempted Romance. The imprint will publish, ” intelligent romance that stays one step ahead of the curve and pushes the boundaries of the genre,” according to a press release.The new imprint will begin publishing erotic romance titles this fall. The catalog will include works by a number of authors including: Delilah Devlin, Kristina Wright, Janine Ashbless, Mitzi Szereto and Rachel Kramer Bussel.”As a high schooler, I constantly read romance novels from my mother and older sister. I couldn’t get enough!,” stated Brenda Knight founder of the new imprint.
Earlier this month, Cleis ran a Twitter campaign encouraging readers and writers to share why queer writers are important to them with the hashtag #OutWriters.
