The Brandywine River Museum of Art will host the “Get the Picture! Contemporary Children’s Book Illustration” exhibit.
This program will feature paintings and drawings by eight children’s books creators: Sophie Blackall, Bryan Collier, Raúl Colón, Marla Frazee, Jon Klassen, Melissa Sweet, David Wiesner, and Mo Willems. H. Nichols B. Clark, the former chief curator of the Eric Carle Museum of the Picture Book Art, served as the guest curator.
According to the museum website, the opening will take place on July 1. The closing date has been scheduled for October 9.
