By Jason Boog

News Corporation.jpgThe website paidContent reported that a number of print giants will combine to form a “magazine consortium,” a move that could shape the future of digital publishing. According to paidContent, it “will be announced early next week with News Corp joining Conde Nast, Meredith, Hearst and Time Inc. … Each is investing in the new company, which plans to create a new digital newsstand, and each will have two members on the board.”
