According to an AP dispatch from Hillel Italie, Barnes & Noble won’t stock If I Did It, “citing a perceived lack of customer interest” in the first-person account of how OJ Simpson would’ve murdered Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman, if he had killed them, which he swears he didn’t. Borders says they will stock the book—which is now coming out through a deal brokered by Goldman family members who won the publishing rights in bankruptcy court—but won’t be calling any attention to it. B&N customers will have to settle for special orders or going online.
