Fox anchor Bill O’Reilly‘s new book, Killing The Rising Sun: How America Vanquished World War II Japan, sold more than 250,000 copies during it’s first week on bookshelves.
Henry Holt and Company published the book on Sept. 13. The first print run includes 1.2 million copies. The title is the sixth in O’Reilly’s Killing series. Previous books in the series include: Killing Lincoln, Killing Kennedy, Killing Jesus, Killing Patton and Killing Regan.
The series has sold more than 16 million copies across all formats.
