Barnes & Noble has released a new Nook tablet to compete with Amazon’s Kindle Fire.
The latest Nook model retails for $49.99, the same as Amazon’s Fire tablet. The new Nook has a 7-inch IPS display, weighs 8.8 oz and comes with 7 hours of battery life. The tablet comes with 8GB of onboard storage, which can be increased to as much as 128GB with a microSD card. It also features a 2MP front camera and a 5MP rear camera.
The device will be available both in stores and online on November 25th, aka Black Friday.
