Barack Obama Unveils His 2016 Summer Reading List

President Barack ObamaPresident Barack Obama has curated and unveiled his 2016 summer reading list.

According to a blog post from The White House, the Commander-in-Chief’s list features two nonfiction books and three fiction titles. Obama’s choices include Barbarian Days: A Surfing Life by William Finnegan, The Underground Railroad by Colson Whitehead, H is for Hawk by Helen MacDonald, The Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins, and Seveneves by Neal Stephenson. The Underground Railroad was recently revealed as the newest selection for Oprah’s Book Club. The Girl on the Train will soon be seen on the silver screen as a film adaptation. Earlier in the season, Bill Gates announced that Seveneves was also one of the books on his own reading list. What books have you been reading this summer?
