Do you recognize the author pictured in her prom dress? Novelist Aimee Ferris has collected prom pictures from authors to celebrate the release of her new book, Will Work for Prom Dress.
All week Ferris has shared pictures of different writers in their prom dresses in a “Promapalooza.” Readers can guess the author every day and enter a prize drawing in February.
We reveal the name of the pictured prom attendee below, but here’s more from the mystery author: “This picture is from my junior prom. That smile on my face is fake. My date had just called me and told me he sprained his ankle. One month from the date of this picture, I will meet my soul mate and future husband. From then on, I will have real-smiles.”
