Amber Heard has landed the role of the aquatic queen, Mera. According to Entertainment Tonight, Heard (pictured, via) will play this character in both the Justice League and the Aquaman movies.
Entertainment Weekly reports that shooting for Justice League Part One will begin next month. The theatrical release has been scheduled for November 2017. Zack Snyder, the director behind the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice film, will take the helm on this project.
